Shameeka Lynette Vance

Shameeka Lynette Vance (28) passed unexpectedly into eternity on March 2, 2024. She is the
daughter of Lashawn Owens (father) and Jemeyka Vance (mother, deceased), born on April 21,
1995. She will be remembered for her good sense of humor and beautiful laugh. She loved
being around people and her family. Shameeka is the eldest of seven children and is survived by
Jaylen Vance, Janaye Vance, Jayshawn Vance, Jkwon Vance, Justice Vance, and Jordan Vance.
She is also survived by her grandparents, Jevada Vance and Bobby Harris, and Delores Owens
and Abukhalid (Abu) Ousman, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at Nesbitt Funeral Home,
6415 Quincy Avenue in Cleveland, OH. The family will receive family and friends from 12 to 2
p.m. prior to the service at 2 p.m.
