Obituary

     Roland Heard was called home Sunday, March 13, 2022. Roland was born June 14, 1953, to the union of Ms. Willie Lee Roundtree of Arkansas and Eugene Alexander Heard of Alabama. Roland attended Cleveland Public Schools and graduated from Max Hayes High School.

     Roland was incredibly talented in basketball, football, and music. Growing up Roland sang in several music groups in Cleveland. Roland worked for the Cleveland Board of Education, The Re-Entry Program, punch press operator, and retired as a bus operator for RTA.

     Roland's mother and father, two brothers (Johnny aka Nehru), Robert , and sister Barbara Teasley preceded him in death.

     Roland leaves to cherish his memory wife Faye Heard and brother Eugene Heard.

     His Children Terrance, Jamal, Raheem, and Brandon (Janice). Step Daughter Aiesha, Stepsisters Arlene, Marlene, and Stepbrother Chris. Grandchildren Jayla, Jamal Jr., Jadae, January, Terrance Jr., Brandon Jr.and Ranyha.
