James Rudolph was born on December 16, 1940 to William and Martha Rudolph. He was one of six siblings, having three brothers: Leonard and Samuel (both preceded him in death) and Paul; and two sisters: Catherine (who preceded him in death) and Carrie. He also had two half-sisters: Ernestine and Helen (both preceded him in death).
James attended East Technical High School in Cleveland, Ohio. He left school to pursue a career in professional wrestling. After wrestling, he worked at the Ford Motor Company where he remained until he retired after 40+ years of service. He enjoyed playing the lottery, traveling to New York, and he loved music. James Brown was his favorite entertainer. He was known for his wild sense of humor, and would often give people made-up names, including his nieces and nephews.
He is survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
James was called home on December 12, 2018. He will surely be missed by his family.
Rest in peace Uncle Jim.
