David Wheeler

David Wheeler, BKA Dave, was born on January 11, 1961. He was one of six children born to the late Dorothy and John Wheeler, in Cleveland, OH. He attended
Cleveland Public Schools. BKA 
During David's lifetime he was known to many for his soulful singing, he would break out in song often. He was loving, caring, and had a good
heart. But most importantly he knew God. He would give you the shirt off his back if he thought you needed it. Those who knew him loved his
serious and jokester side. We all know there was another side to David and that side we'll mildly mention it because we know that it was also David.
David knew everybody and I mean everybody, even if you didn't know his name, you knew him when you saw him because that was Dave. He walked
everywhere, until his illness and he missed walking.
David departed this life on Thursday, July 13, 2023, after a long illness. He couldn't walk anymore, however, that didn't stop him from trying.
David leaves to cherish his memories, his siblings Ada, Alphonso, and JoeAnn (Henry), Lindy, his twin Darryl (Toni), Aunt Mildred, and loads of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will all be left with countless memories,
that I'm sure they will never forget.
Something we all know for sure; you can meet people every day and befriend some of them, and think to yourself that you have a friend, and realize later they weren't really your friend and keep it moving, but family is forever, and nothing can take the place of that. If you knew David, you
had a friend and he loved family.
David, we love you and that's always!
